BANNER CHURCH MURAL - SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA  - MICHAEL SWEARNGIN

MICHAEL SWEARNGIN was born in Olathe, Kansas in 1959 but it wasn't until he moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1973, that Michael found his passion and artistic career. After 16 years in San Antonio he could not help but be influenced by the rich colors and textures which have become a trademark feature in his contemporary western style of painting.

Combining his interest in contemporary art with the heritage of the American Cowboy, he expresses these experiences to others through his art. Michael’s fluid acrylic paintings create unique imagery inspired by the rugged spirit so vividly seen in the west.
